Nice apartments but bad people

I moved in almost eight months ago... and i dont feel uncomfortable living there, but the kids hang out in the hallways is a bother, no one really shows a lot of respect to themselves or the people around them. I'd have to say other than the people the only other bad thing is parking, you have to park so far away depending on the hour you get home.

the kids around here are out of control. do they have parents? theres dozens of em out real late and theyre noisy as hell. parking stinks. non-residents park theyre cars here and people block each other in spots. office people leave at 5 so they dont care.
