We've lived here 6 years and we're content.I have personally been a renter in 3 different apartments,for 10 years total, Hyde Park is the only good experience so far!Anything wrong maintenance takes care of the same week.We have been thru so many people,office staff&maintenance but I think they are finally settled!It is nice to finally be on first name basis with the staff they're nice.The few neighbors of mine who disagree are also the the same people who don't pay the rent (We see the notices on the door)LOL!

NOTE: This review is 4 years old. Since then Westminster sold Hyde Park to Morgan Properties which is the worst management company in the U.S. The office staff is clueless and maintenance now spend their time hiding in the apartment of one of the staff members or throwing the football around in the parking lot.
