My name is Regina and I am a professional apartment shopper. I am leaving my name and email address and welcome questions and comments from management and prospective tenants.

I recently visited this community and was happy to see that the grounds were well kept. The buildings themselves are in need of some cleaning and fresh paint but all in all not in bad shape.

I entered into the office without having to be let in the security door as it was propped open. I entered the office to what I latered learned was the manager screaming at a tenant about their rent. I stood there and listened to it finding it to be unprofessional and I know I would not like others knowing about my rental status.

I was apologised to for the outburst I witnessed. I was shown a unit rather quickly. I was made to feel I was interupting the woman's day. I was handed some papers about the community and pretty much dismissed.

My recommendation' The apartments are cute but the staff is less than professional.

being the professional you are, an appointment should have been scheduled in advance. A Management Office can get very busy at times and residents do call with payment problems. You said you walked in a propped open door. Do to cleaners in the hallway. If the doorbell was rung, you would not have walked in on a phone discussion, It would have ended when you entered.

frabfrank2006, management employee?? There seems to be a bias to all of his comments and reviews, they are all slanted in favor of the management and office staff. Strange that someone would have such an intimate knowledge of the innerworkings of the office without actually working in it. Also, how would he know that there were cleaners in the building on that day? Well it is nice to know what the people in the office spend all their time doing: posting on the internet.
