Hyde Park is a normal apartment complex. I have lived a few places and this by far is more space for your money. You are close to many different highways to go anywhere in the state or outside it. Close to the city as well! Maintenance is pretty good if you keep on them. They usually come out and fix things rather quickly, though sometimes not well. They like to leave a mess behind too when they leave. Like I asked them to fix my air conditioner and they came and cleaned it out in my bathtub and left the mess for me. Nice! Neighbors are ok. Sometimes you get your rowdy noisy ones, but that is anywhere. Management seems to try to get rid of the bad eggs. I don't like that sometimes the parking sucks, but it depends. Sometimes people walk around with dogs with no leases, and that is bad. But they are told not to.
You are gona get more here then most places and if you are unhappy and you talk to management they try their hardest to make you happy. You piss them off, and they try their darndest to get you out. It is basically how adult are you. Some air conditioners are older, but most things are newer. Overall a nice place to live.

this review sounds like it was written by someone in the managment office hell the girl lives in the complex.. i lived there for two yrs. no matter how adult you are to the office they are never adult with you...that place sucks something terrible and no you don't get roudy noise everywhere . where i live now peace and quite ....people looking intro hyde park beware ....------ place to live

I agree with "smartlady420". Lived in Hyde Park for 2 years and it was a horrible experience. They allow anyone to move in as long as the office girls get their commission. The grounds always have trash blowing around. Staci and Harriet by far are the most unpleasant and unprofessional workers I have met. The maintance guys are friendly but seem to have no idea what they are doing. I would like to know what "most things are newer" means? Because I am pretty sure other then the carpet I got new when I first moved in nothing else in the apartment was replace for many years. Hyde Park...you get what you pay for. Enjoy the Ghetto!
