I'm so happy we still get Free Gas heat, and Hot water since that is the biggest expense with the really high gas prices.
I hear of alot of other complexes that you have to pay for gas and electric and that could run over $200 a month.
I could not afford that.
Hyde Park is great.
Thanks for not raising my rent or adding in the gas bill
