I've been here for 3 years now. The first year we had problems with gangs but they have seemed to vanish. Most people here don't speak English. We often have strangers ringing our buzzer. The main red head lady in the office is the most rude ugliest person I've ever seen who I have witnessed firing many lifeguards apparently because she wasn't born attractive as they were. They had ordered the exterminator into our apartment 3 times in the last 3 months although we have never seen a bug nor called the exterminator. When confronted we were told we signed a contract that an exterminator would be allowed to come in whenever "we damn well feel like it". By the way he unlocked our front door and just went ahead and walked in.
