This place is awful, the welfare kids and their parents are sorry excuses for human life, the apartments are dirty, trash all over the place and the manager is a poor excuse for a boss along with her maintenence staff. Oh and we cannot forget her assistant, she should try and smile.
The rent is too much for what you get. The water is rusty, there are bugs. Someone just told me that this place is now worse than Bellmawr Manor (and that is a S,,, hole).
LOOK SOME PLACE ELES, NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR A CHILD, AND FOR WORKING PARENTS, THINK TWICE UNLESS YOU ARE ON WELFARE.
