The buildings are falling apart. Ceilings and walls have fallen down while people have been in their apartments. There are cracks in the buildings' foundations that can be seen inside and outside of the buildings. You can feel holes in the floor boards through the cheap acrylic carpet. There are fleas in some apartments because of the pets. The heat and hot water do not always work. Drugs addicts, prostitutes, suspected pedophiles, noisy people and violent people live here. There are frequent power outages. The building the rental office is in is nice, but the rest of the apartments are nasty. If a unit has a washer & dryer, they are put in the bedrooms...very odd.

Washer & dryer is the bedroom doesn't sound odd. Huh don't you keep your clothes in your bedroom? To me that makes sense this way your clothes stay in one room and not throughout the whole apartment! Yes if there were notices sent to the corporate office of things that need to be done, maybe that would make them get it done! All you have to do is speak up sometimes, that may get you somewhere instead of posting a comment on a stupid website. I guess from your write in you aren't very good at writing a letter so make it public view across the internet. There are problems at every community, sometimes it just takes a little standing up for yourself.

I swear that sometimes the people who write responses either are not tenant s or work for the place. I completely agree with you! All of the buildings are falling apart! It's so bad that there was a special for the month of September of moving in with only a $99 security deposit.
