I've been a resident here for a few years now..started when Westminster Mgmt was here..I can't say ENOUGH great things about Westminster. The staff was very attentive, courteous and just extremely caring. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! Seriously...

Then about 2 years ago, all heck broke loose and Morgan Properties took over. My rent went up almost $100, maintenance went downhill, and the management..don't even get me started on those low class idiots. When I call the office, I feel like I'm talking to someone speaking straight hood. It's disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely trashy, useless and just down right worthless. They don't care about the residents that were there before them, infact they are trying to push us out. Why' So they can bring more section 8 low lives in here. Not to mention I used to (just til about 3 weeks ago) have about 8 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment. They could care less about resident complaints, or upholding what the past management honored. Thank God I'm almost out of here. I don't know how we lasted this long.

Please, do yourselves all a favor and PLEASE overlook this place...It's notttttttttttt worth the headache or the stress of hidden fees or paltry management. PSST...the buildings are full of mold as well, they have mushroom issues....health hazard if I ever seen one.

OH YEA and they want to charge us for maintenance coming out to "fix" things...laundry facilities are tiny and often broken..not to mention trash over flowing and spiders ALL OVER.

The hallways are RARELY CLEANED...and they blame the tenants for the "smell".

wow! you've had a really bad experience. I do agree with you about some things. westminister management were better in many ways. The hallways are always so dirty and stinky. Its like they vacuum them once a month and Id always be embarrassed to bring guests over cause of the hallways. I kind of like the place because its convenient as far as work and family. Luckily for me, the tenants in my building were very courteous and polite. I like them all except for the dogs. Too many HAIRY pets in my building which causes the hallways to look a mess and smell terribly! But you're right about maintenance. they take forever to come out and when i call again to see when they're gonna come out, they say they never even had a work order put in. WTF? So Im sitting there waiting for nothing. But u gotta admit that the apt is pretty spacious for the price. I've made a lot of comparisons and this was the most economical for this size apt. But if you're miserable here then it'll definitely be worth paying more for a smaller place somewhere else. Good luck :)

It's not dogs that make the hallways smelly, it's the lack of housekeeping that is the issue. I'm paying way too much for nothing. The management do nothing to keep the established tennants here except try to push them out by leaving them to suffer with old everything, they do charge fairly for the newer apartments since you get so much more, but for me, it's not worth what I pay...they UPPED my rent and fixed nothing. if you want a headache and to deal with stress, then feel free to move in...otherwise stay far far away from this place. Location is good, I'll agree there, but it's really honestly not worth the hassle. And from the ratings about this place, I seem to agree with the majority. Pretty bad when your walking to your apartment and mushrooms are not only growing in the buildings but OUTSIDE the buildings as well.

I live in another Morgan Properties and am looking to move due to incompetent and ignorant management. To be honest, based upon my past phone calls, I am not certain if there is a maintenance team here (The Landings in Absecon). I have lived with squireels in the walls, bees in spring, and heater that works sporadically in the winter. None of these issues have been fixed. Most recently, I found a mouse in the apartment and now my ceiling is leaking when it rains. The management doesn't care, they will never care, they aren't intelligent enough to form complete sentences........I am out of here and never moving to another Morgan Property.
