I'm lovin' it - We live at Hyde Park for over 5 years now and we can't complain. My Apartment is well maintained and the office and maintenance staff is sure friendly. This place is the worst place Do not move here!! Bad wiring, My TV was ruint, I have been waiting 6 months to get the place painted. It is so nasty I cannot invite guests over. They keep going up on the rent and The place keeps going down. You can see people selling drugs by the laundry.

ALL THEY TAKE IS SECTION 8 "STAY AWAY" The new property manager is from a "low income property in Camden". so you know what they are bringing in.
The best way to see a complex is DRIVE THROUGH AT NIGHT and see the TRUE property and what is there. Now the weather is getting better

Fire in Laundry Room I was visiting and friend and watched your maintenence man Frank #2 with his quick reactions to a fire that started in your laundry room. Had it not been for his quick reactions, you could have possibly lost quite a few apts. You all should be proud of him for not letting

Management is rude and Morgan Properties is even worse I am a resident, and I can't wait to complete my lease and move out. The girl in the management office is rude, people are moving out in droves, they add charges that were never disclosed in the beginning, rent went up $60
