Fire in Laundry Room I was visiting and friend and watched your maintenence man Frank #2 with his quick reactions to a fire that started in your laundry room. Had it not been for his quick reactions, you could have possibly lost quite a few apts. You all should be proud of him for not letting

STAY AWAY Do not move there. There is trash all over. Section 8 takes over. The office is nasty and so is maintenance.
The halls are filthy, the laundry room's are ugly and the noise is awful.
Police are there all the time.

Management is rude and Morgan Properties is even worse I am a resident, and I can't wait to complete my lease and move out. The girl in the management office is rude, people are moving out in droves, they add charges that were never disclosed in the beginning, rent went up $60

Great Prices, Free Gas, heat and hot water I'm so happy we still get Free Gas heat, and Hot water since that is the biggest expense with the really high gas prices.

It's my Home and I'm glad I live here Been a resident for 3 yrs and can't complain.
The people that run Hyde Park are really nice and take care of my problems with the apartment.
I think the rent is a fair price and the location is great.

Section 8....Hyde Park ain't so great Since at least half of Hyde Park is on Section 8 and the other half don't speak English you will quickly learn that Hyde Park is not the place to live. If you are invited to even stay the night by knowing someone there...refuse!

My Grandma's "home sweet home!" My grandmother has lived here for 3 years & she is very happy. She can't say enough good things about the staff there. They always help her when we can not be there for her. She is way to stubborn for assisted living and feels that every need she has is met
