Dont Move Here If You are A Government Employee - First the good: The apartments are nice size and most have up-to-date appliances. Washer and dryer in every apartment which is very convenient. Carpet is changed about every 5 years or sooner if needed. Grounds are kept up pretty good except the trash area--it could use more attention. Excellent Quiet, modern, apt complex. The buildings are modern on the inside and sound doesn't travel easily through the walls or floors. The management & maintenance is efficient. 0.75 miles to Flex Gym, and even less to a set of public Tennis & Basketball courts.

This is a great apartment complex.. if you are not rude to the office ladies they will do more then they should to help you.. even bend the rules and know you by name and what apt you live in.. the complex is not ghetto and there are more than enough parking spaces, maintenence is very prompt.

Nasty These apartments I would never recommend. They are very unorganized. To many foreigners, people are rude and will stand in the middle of the parking spots along with there kids and wont move. There are never no parking spots. Apartments always burning down and they are ghetto. People

JUST ONE THING Lived here for 3.5 years. Absolutely loved the area and the service in that time was very decent. Only problem I had upon move out was the security deposit and check. They charged me my security deposit for carpet replacement for the ENTIRE place. There was damage to one section

Nice place-gets my vote Though I was only in the complex for a temporary time (3 mo), management and maintenance were stellar in their responses and fixing any concerns. (I only had a shelf need adjusting). Newly renovated they are in excellent condition and I'm sad I'll miss out on

Good size, nice price, bad things occur. Nice size apartments with contempory stlye. Parking can SUCK. Only one garbage disposal. There has been 5 yes 5 robbery´s in the last 4 months. They just want to make money. Maintenace come and go as they please and give you short notificartion

The Courtyards have beautiful homes in-doors. All appliances are new as well as doors and windows. Fellow tenets are peaceful and polite.
The few negatives are that in 2 parts of the area the parking is sparce and you may find yourself walking half a block to your apartment on the weekend. ..full review of Courtyards

The Good & The Bad I lived at Edgewater Manor for about 10 months (12/09 to 09/10) it was pretty much a mixed bag. Some things I really liked were the affordable rent, and only one month security deposit was required. Also the units have a spot for either a full size or stacking washer/dryer
