All those bad reviews are extremely true! Management and a few residents with no standards of living are the only people who would write anything good about this place. I mean you do get what you pay for. The rent is cheap, so all you get is poor trash of all different races. It's ashame management doesn't care more, because if they actually did something, they could get full price for the apartments instead of having to always run specials to get people to live here. Management is either afraid to clean up the place because of all the criminals or else maybe they are a part of it.

This is the truth. The slumlords that run this place need to be featured on a news special. I can only imagine the things they would find!!!

This is an accurate posting. I think that it's time residents take a stand. We are paying for poor service. As long as we continue to pay, they will continue to deliver poor service. Regardless what kind of special they provide; they are contractually obligated based upon the terms and conditions of your least to provide a service when it is needed. They need to be reported to the State Attorney General's Office for false advertising. They have not been award winning - the old management company was. They are not fixing the office - it would have been done 2 years ago if they did. The current standards are extremely poor and anyone who rents and does not get what they say they are gong to provide should pursue legal action as a group. It's time to take Aryeh Mandel the Owner to the Authorities and Bill Moffett. Bill posts replies on here mking them seem as though they are coming from other tenants. Go to other tenants, knock on doors and talk to people, come around at night and speak to people and you'll see what's here. People in the office are leasing staff - they have to make a quota. It's like anywhere else. Take these reviews seriously. Very seriously!!
