This place is not the ritz; but you are not paying to live at the ritz. This is budget complex, and you cannot expect 5 star treatment for 2 star pricing. The grounds are a bit under kept; and the main office has been under contruct for the past few years, but for the price you pay (if you get in on a special) gives you what you should expect. The aparts are not falling apart, the staff is pleasant, and I have never had a major issue with any other tenant. I am moving out, but thats only because I can afford to now. Just my two cents.
