this place is like trash,people and the leasing place too. they are real getto like up in that camper they lease out of. The place is falling apart real fast! potholes everywhere and broken down cars are everywhere! the manger Bill is a real piece of work. He has no clue about this dump. wonder how much he is makin a year'lol Anna is rude as hell! she is getto too. so live in a box or camden then hear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mugged and robbed all with in a year when i first moved there i loved it i really did. but with in the last 6 months im not sure what happened.. my apartment was robbed and than my last straw i was mugged. all im saying is be carefull. there will be problems every where. but if i has a second chance i would definity carry mase all i have to say is be care full. as far as the office and manitence i never had a problem. i loved the apartment it was cute and spacious and what i though a good deal for your money except the problems i had. i know other people that have lived there and never had a problem and i know people who had nothing but problems |

I lived in fountainhood for bout 5 yrs. i'd have to say it was a great place to live. Hell, it was better than my other --------. They even allowed me to bring my pets with no charge. I had a cochroach pet named "Spanish". He even made a few friends in only a few months. Scrappy the rat enjoyed lovely moments on my large balcony. As far as the abandoned cars, i appreciate the fact they let me store it there for so long. i had a bit of an insurance problem so it was really great. The management was very nice after i sold them a bag of delight. I'd have to say overall fountainhood was great place to live. My only regrets are that i had to leave scrappy and spanish behind.
