Listen people! This place is not going to change. Its a --------. #1 If every1 gets together and hold back on rent and put in an ESKROW acct u cant lose! If they r not doing what they r supposed to be doing as an apt complex then u can rightfully withhold ur rent, if they dont fix it in a timely manner eskrow will fine them and return ur rent $$$ back to u! I hope u people use ur deadbolts because u can get in there with a credit card, i was told that u could and tried it and i worked! In the winter my apt would be sooo cold i would have to sleep with my coat and the oven on. YUP. u could seen the wind blowing my blinds as if i had a fan on high speed poiting towards the blinds. U know what the maitenance man told me. That they wouldnt give me new windows because then they would have to gve the whole bldg new windows and they didnt want to do that. So they put plasic on my windows which is rediculous, because if ur paying all that rent u shouldnt have to put plastic on the windows. Oh and ANNA, someone needs to fire her then beat her ass.!!!! Them people dont know what they r doing. Call the company that supposedly runs that --------. Why r they still workin out of that trailer. Did the bldg where the fire was, is that fixed' Oh and for any1 with children or single mothers, Have u been on the NJ SEX OFFENDERS websie' Go to google Type in NJ SEX OFFENDERS, accept Maegans Law agreement then d a geographical search of ur city. NOT UR STREET. DO THE CITY, cause they might not love on ur street but may live right behind u. ITS UNBELIEVABLE
