I lived in here since September 05 and I never had a huge problem...besides the fact my roof leaked for the whole term I was there and damaged my wood dressers and also that dumpster's were so far away and I was 9 months pregnant, living alone and had no car. So when I couldn't get my trash to the miles away disposal, I was fined $500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then came the time when I moved to the back to a 2 bed once my baby was born. Within a week a BULLET came through my window and flew past my cousins head and into the wall over my 2 month old son. This was YESTERDAY. And now they are evicting ME and refuse to relocate me back to the front cuz SUPPOSEDLY there were complaints about the "trouble" coming from my apartment. "Yes me and my 2 month old newborn are hardcore gangbangers." Fountainview Village is a joke. Don't waste your time even calling.

How could you submit a review on this website as if you are innocent?? Did you ever think that maybe it's your company that leads to the commotion? Watch the company that you keep and this wouldn't have happened to you. If you weren't sitting on your stoop smoking and drinking with the troublemakers then you would still have a place to call home. As for the trash, with all the visitors that you have, you mean to tell me that NOBODY would take your trash to the dumpster for you? For you to have been fined $500, let's see...that's 10 bags of trash correct? That's tryphlant!! With residents like you, Fountainview will ALWAYS be a dump. I feel sorry that you have to move, but you should have been considerate of the other residents that want peace and quiet. Anyway, if you can humble yourself to submit a review..you should submit some resumes to get a job!

First of all I don't know why I'm responding but I have to let a couple things be known. #1 My "company" had nothing to do with the shooting. Yes, I do make brief conversation with the "troublemakers" but thats just because I can't find it in myself to be rude to people I know definately have a gun. #2 the 10 trifiling trash bags were over a time span, and no I did not have people in and out of my house when I lived quietly on the other side of the apartments. I am just in a bad position. And if my so called drinking and smoking bothers you so much....which is -------- cuz I been inside for the past 2 weeks since the police have patroled...but anyways if its that bothersome, stop being nosey and close your blinds and then it won't be your worry anymore. I'm definately not starting trouble, but I couldn't let myself be on blast like that and not defend myself.

Im glad you where fined $500. 10 bags of trash? COME ON! I dont care that you are pregnant or whatever, its your responsibilty to keep your area clean. Its the people like you that ruin this place. The rest of us have to look at trash, smell trash, and be exposed to what is a health risk because you are having a baby. Well boo hoo. Evicted? Wow you must be really bad. It took me 2 1/2 years of complaining to get the gutter trash near me evicted for breaking so many rules. Good riddance!
