The place is going down quickly. When I first moved in 3 ?? years ago, the pool was sparkling clean, the laundry facility was in working order, most items in the gym worked, and the landscaping was very pleasant on the eyes.

Now we have rotwielers and pit bulls. Both are not aloud per the lease, but nobody listens to them.

Now we have grills on balconies. A paper came with our lease stating the Camden County Fire Marshal says this is not aloud. But, again nobody listens.

The area around my building is disheveled. Parents let their kids run wild, letting them destroy everything in their path.

A sex offender was living in the F building at one point, per the Megans Law Website. Apparently, they have since moved.

Shootings, drug dealers, drug deals, fights. The police are an everyday presence for all the wrong reasons.

Rude staff that yelled at my roommate one day.

Waiting weeks to get simple things fixed in the apartment.

I bet there are a ton of kids that live in this complex that they could hire for a few hours a week to clean up, since the maintenance staff is tied up pretending they know how to fix something.

After 2 years, we still have no laundry facility, no gym. But the people that run this place have their new office!


Half the reason this place is becoming a dump is because of some of the people that live here, and because the staff does nothing to stop or prevent it.
