There's 4 of us in this apartment, so our rent between the 4 of us is obviously cheap, but if you look at surrounding complexes, $1000 for a 3 bdrm is on the cheap side. so you get what you pay for- noisy neighbors, disrespectful kids who damage your property and laugh in your face about it, trash all around the complex, POTHOLES like you wouldn't BELIEVE!, and crap that falls apart in your apartment. Maintenance has been good for us however, so I really don't have complaints about that. Ghost cars seem to appear on friday nights so there aren't any parking spots left for the actual residents to use, but these cars disappear on sundays as mysteriously as they appear on fridays. you get what you pay for, so if you don't mind the above and want cheap rent, and no working amenities (i.e- laundry facility/gym/"park" for kids) then fountainview is for you. can't wait to leave in august.
