From the day I moved in there were problems in my apartment, from the mold in my bedroom closet from the tub, to the dishwasher that smelled like it was on fire inside when it ran, (by the way the maitenance man told me it was normal), it also left a LAKE on the floor everytime it ran. When I called about the mold in the closet it was just caulked and painted over. Sometimes lying in bed at night we would hear loud bangs, these noises were the tiles in the bathroom flying off the wall, again caulk seems to be the maitenance mans way of fixing EVERYTHING. My rug looked like an ocean with all the waves in it. When I moved in my carpet smelled like urine, the next day I informed the office and they told me that I could pay a maitenance man $50.00 to get it cleaned! Needless to say I am breaking my lease and I am getting out of there. This place is a hell hole.

I HAVE LIVED IN FOUNTAINVIEW VILLAGE FOR PAST 3 YRS, TWO DIFFERENT BUILDINGS. I MUST AGREE WITH THIS WRITER. THERE ARE DEFINITE SAFETY ISSUES, THEY DONT ACT ON TENNANTS COMPLAINTS WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORS LOUD MUSIC, ETC. MAINTENANCE USE THEIR KEYS AND ENTER YOUR UNIT WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND THE COMPLEX TO REMOVE YOUR TRASH. AND THE COPS ARE THERE JUST ABOUT EVERY NIGHT WITH THE RED LIGHTS FLASHING, FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. ALOT OF GANGSTERS AND WHITE TRASH FROM THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW LIVING HERE. IT IS CHEAP RENT WISE, BUT IF YOU CAN PAY THE EXTRA RENT AND GO TO A NICER PLACE.
