Oh god, where do I start'


Lets see. Ive lived here for 5 years and if anyone can give you an accurate presentation of this place, its me.

1. FIRE. Do you like fire' Does the idea of being awaken by a fireman or police man banging on your door excite you' Have no fear, Founatinview is here! Why for a seemingly cheap price, you too can have the luxury of possibly loosing everything you own due to no fire walls, idiot neighbors, and a lack of fire alarms. We are proud of our track record here at Fountainview. We have had several buildings gutted in the last few years. Got any marshmallows'

2. THEFT. You didnt really need your car or personal items, right' We are neighbors, right' What's mine is yours! Or should I say what's yours is mine! I mean, its almost acceptable to be jumped or mugged in broad daylight. If you haven been yet, your day will come soon enough. Probably at 3pm, in broad daylight, not far from the parking lot.

3. NO FOOD FOR YOU! Do you want a list of the companies that WONT deliver here because its unsafe or because they have been robbed at gunpoint' Lets see, Slacks Hoagie Shack, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut....the list goes on.


4. KIDS. Are you thinking about becoming a parent' Im sure one of the many,many, many, ghetto thug children that wander the lands of Fountainview would be more than happy to call you mommy or daddy. Discipline might be tricky, since it seems none of them know right from wrong. Broken windows, rocks flying through bedroom windows, baseball bats being used to break things, and of course, the constant screaming and yelling are everyday life here.


5. MOLD. Hope you dont have any health problems. If you do, Ive found out that the Camden County Board of Health is very much on your side. And will contact the landlord. And will demand they fix it within 24 hours, or else they will be out to inspect it themselves. Funny how that lights a fire under managements butt.


6. RULES' What is this thing called a lease' They dont hold anyone to it, thats for sure. Loud music, drug dealers, drug users, pit bulls, rotwilers....again...all apart of everyday life at The 'View


7. FLOODS YAY! Make sure your renters insurance has a sewer clause. Otherwise you may find yourself trying to sue the complex to replace the furniture damaged when the dumb maintenance guys flooded your apartment not once, not twice, but 4 times.


8. WHEN WE SAY A FEW MONTHS, WE REALLY MEAN YEARS. We just got the laundry facility back. Too bad I feel much safer in a public place than in a basement in The 'View
