Fountainview isn't the best place to live but it could be worse. I've lived here almost a year and haven't had too many problems. I haven't had any problems with my apartment itself, however the people below me tend to leave their trash out front of their door. *A lot* of the people around here tend to just leave their trash anywhere! Gross. I did get a few roaches during the start of the summer but called maintenance and they sprayed the next day and haven't seen any since. I never have any real problems with the rest of the neighborhood, occasionally hear music or people arguing but nothing to bad, and haven't had anyone mess with my car.. yet... There is a lack of parking. It s not too far from transportation, and a few shops. For a one bedroom in Jersey for 674, you get what you pay for. I'm 21 and this is my first apartment by myself, though I would recommend looking for something else in the area first, it s not too bad here.
