I heard that not only have they changed just their name but they are brand new management and ownership. They are a whole new staff....maint. and all! They have done so much since they got here just a little less then a month ago. People breaking the rules of our community are being told not to, they are putting new lights in every single hallway and outside areas, and the grounds...well i have never seen them so clean before! So lets all give them a chance i smell amazing changes in the process and would not be suprised if they got our community up to where it is supposed to be in less then a year at this rate!!! Thank you so much new ownership and staff...your amazing and thank you for bringing our community back into the light!

I'm betting thing was a post made by management. It's also curious that you mentioned "new ownership". Everywhere these apartments are posted (in classifieds), it lists them as "Autumn Ridge" with The Jersey Apartment Company as the management (the supposed old owners). Wouldn't it be funny if The Jersey Apartment Company changes their name as well. Then it would be a complex by a different name and a management company by a different name, but the same exact place and atrocious conditions.
If new management wants me to stay. Enforce the rules! I'd also like police on duty at the complex. Get rid of the drug dealers and pit bulls. Stop the car thieves. Take this complex back for the people and away from the criminals. Require credit AND background checks on all NEW and EXISTING renters. I don't care if my rent goes up $100!! If I feel safer, I'm more apt to pay it and stay.

This is actually an existing resident of the same community your a part of :-) one who has been thru the ringer with old management and is finally seeing a change i even went into the office to ask questions when i had heard it was someone different and found out that they actually do criminal and credit backgrounds and you have to make a certain amount a yr to stay here. and the girl at the office told me that they are working the the officer of crime prevention and enforcing rules to make things better for us....give them a chance i definitely am.

I'm also a tenant (going on 2 yrs. now) and while I like the fact that they're are trying to clean up the place inside and out, I don't like how these changes are coming unannounced. I work at night and was awaken by landscapers with chain-saws outside my window cutting down the shrubbery in front of my sliding-glass window. When I called the rental office, they confirmed that the landscapers were out there but couldn't understand why I thought that the tenants should've been notified in advance, A simple flyer in my mailbox or door would've sufficed.
