I have lived here during the sale and acquisition to Autumn Ridge (6 mos as Fountaiview and 6 months as Autumn Ridge). At 1st it seemed the new owners were really going to make a change, painting, new awnings, numbers, landscape-it is all cosmetic. The office staff and the maintenance may have changed faces but this place still operates like a low-rate housing project. The office staff smiles because they have no idea what is going on. I had contacted them numerous times on numerous occasions to get something fixed and I had to follow up multiple times before getting an answer. ex 1: no water at 8am, called at 9 they said they'd send someone out immediately. 2 hrs later called back "oh no one came yet, let me page them again and tell them it's urgent". 1 hr later I had to call again only to be put on hold and the receptionist say "oh they have been putting a new hot water heater in, you should have water soon" Horrible communication. Absolutely no loyalty to their good renters, while the criminals and delinquents (which out number the good renters) get plenty of attention and exceptions made for them. My cousin is a detective with gloucester twp police and almost had a heart attack when he found I was renting here. Apparently the "Bloods" have infiltrated the development, so much for the background checks they claim to do. guess that would explain the numerous "robberies" and "shootings" in the courier post on a weekly basis. But don't take my word. Before applying read the courier post for 2 weeks, the south jersey section has "crime reports" on the front. Use your own judgment and DEFINITELY check with Gloucester Twp police and see what kind of public crime records they can show you. It may look nice but looks are very deceiving.
