I have lived here for almost a year now and I find this place disgusting I don't mean to be harsh but it is what it is. The neighbors leave their trash outside the door and I am pretty fed up with it, it's bringing fruit flies in my house I can't live here I got to go. I call management to fix things and they half fix what I ask them to fix, I was in my bathroom and the whole ceiling fell down what is that I pay all this money for an apartment that I haven't even been in for a year and the place is falling apart. I gave myself a year to see what the environment was like before I made my decision whether I am going to stay or not. I come home at night people are hanging all in front of the steps making all kinds of noise also I don't smoke so why does my whole apartment smell like a cigarette when I come home. The place wouldn't be too bad if they put some ground rules in place and enforce them. They really need to evaluate who they allow to live in their. The first month I moved in I watched the drug activity across the hall from me, my son noticed it first then I noticed it. I work too hard to be subject to this kind of activity I have not found another place to move as of yet because of my schedule but my plan is to move eventually.

I agree 100%. I thought I was nuts about smelling cigarette smoke since I don't smoke either. But I guess it is coming from apartment below or beside me somehow. It's disgusting having to walk into that smell first thing walking in the door. And the trash IS disgusting. People leave it wherever they want. And IF they do make the trip to the garbage area, they leave it at the bottom of the stairs - just lazy. And I always see empty drug baggies along the walkways to my apartment. I am in the same boat about moving. As soon as lease is up, I am outta here. Why pay to live somewhere where you can't be comfortable. When I come home, I don't want to have to worry about drugs, noise, crime, trash and cigarette stench.

When we were there I was pregnant and our place smelled like weed. The cops came out and thought it was us that smoked the weed. Its too crazy there!
