I have lived here for a year. (my husband for 3) we are moving because we he has a new job in brick (about a 2 hour drive) and have a new baby girl so we need a 2 bedroom anyhow. the prices are pretty good (we pay 650 for a one bedroom and i think its around 750 for a 2) its pretty roomy for a one bedroom. your basic living room with seperate kitchen/dining area (dining area big enough for a 6 chair table and maybe a bakers rack) good enough cabinet space except for two cabinets (above frdige n stove) to high and out of the way for any usefull storage. could use more counter space. nice size living room although the layout could be better, the way its set up u can only have your furniture one way if u have a tv sofa n love seat. with a sliding glass door and private porch area or balcony. if u hate spiders like i do u might not use it cuz there are ALWAYs spiders out there no matter how much u spray n clean. big hallway closet for storage and a small linen closet next to bathroom (if you are only one person there is way more closet space than u need) nice size bedroom (we have a full bed 3 dressers and two night tables in it with room to move) also two sliding door closets (pretty big). one downside is the apts are old and things are always needing to be fixed ( in a year we have had no air, no heat (2x's), broken toilet, door lock problems, window leaks, ceiling leaks, but the mait. is good. if its a heat/air problem they will come anytime. there is emergency miant. usually next day if its not an emergency. the grounds are kept pretty clean and tidy. most people have there own plants growing in the front/back of there apts (though they tell u in the lease not to do this everyone does) so it adds a nice touch. its pretty quiet, no major probs with neighbors. parking is ok, u can usually catch a spot within a couple doors from ur apt. laundry rooms are close (ares is a door over) garbage can pile up the day or two before pick-up but mostly its kept in check. if ur looking to rent ask for carol shes nice. um anyhting else' the only dsl available is verizon and the cable co. is comcast. close to deptford and echelon malls not far from cherry hill mall. close to all shopping on 42. and super g is closest grocery store (bout 2 min drive) wawa on the corner (in both directions) not sure about schools. i hear theres a waiting list for 2 bedrooms but dont quote me :)
