The neighborhood is a very safe one. Gloucester Twp police patrol the area almost every night. For the most part it's a very quiet peaceful place to live. Yes we've gone through quite a few managers and maintenance people within the past year and a half that I've lived there... so you have to take that in consideration when it comes to maintenance problems. As far as the apartment itself... very spacious. Lots of storage/closets. I would recommend this apartment!
