new mgmt getting it right

I've been a resident for several years and yes, there were problems with like the past 6 managers is 3 years! New mgr corrected my bill and no problems since. I've only called maintenance a few times and they always fixed stuff quickly. New air conditioner when my 20 year old one died. I always have a parking spot and no problems with the laundry room (mine is 3 doors away from apartment).
Overall, happy here and would recommend as a nice place to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
