Fairways is a good place to live. It is an older complex that needs constant repair. Management tries to keep up but they need more staff. Floorplans are very large and grounds and pool are kept nicely. Central air conditioning is very expensive because units are old and not adequate to cool apartments especially on second floor. Ask management for an apartment that has a new AC unit if you don't want to pay a large bill during the summer.
