I lived at the Fairways for 5 great years. The only reason I left was because I bought a house. I had a spacious 2 bedroom, 1& 1/2 bath apt, lots of big closets. When I lived there, the price was good for the area. Yes, it did go up every year, but so do my new property taxes & homeowners insurance! The grounds were always maintained & I really miss that pool!! I liked the ladies in the office too. They really helped me out one time when I got laid off & I got behind on my rent. I never had a problem with maintenance, which I really miss now that I have to fix things on my own (very expensive!) The only complaint I had was that I wish we had numbered parking spots. There were a few times, if my neighbor had company, that I'd come home & couldn't park in front of my building. It was a really quiet area. I loved that the older neighbors would sit out front on nice evenings. They'd wave when you went by. It was such a friendly community. I always felt safe. And there was a school bus stop right by the pool. I agree that the bedrooms were a different temp from the living room area. Luckily, you don't pay for heat there. A nice fan helped in the summer. Plus, I'd shut the other vents down when I went to bed. I experience the same thing in my new house too. I'd highly recommend this place.

This place is well over a thousand dollars for a one bedroom and not worth it. For what you get it is not worth all the increases. You must work for them or something to say that the increases are okay. It is not the safest place to live anymore. The heating system and air condition was ridiclous for a little apartment. The ventalation even with closing a vent was over 300 dollars in the summer. We moved to another apartment that has great service and the electric bills are normal. The neighborhood was nice but it was going down. The inside of these apartments are old and need a lot of repair. The grounds outside were kept nice but not worth the old stuff inside that was never updated.
