It took me a while to find a place I like to feel like home eventhough temprary.
Pros are great location 1 mile to major highways 42, Atlantic EXWY and 295 etc. Close to a few small parks,trails, shopping malls and striped plazas.Nice remodeled very new kitchen.Very safe and quite. Fairly quick fixing if you have problems within your unit.
Cons are strange layout / waste of space that hard to arrange furnitures. Watch out bugs. I have seen quite a few thousand leggers and some other I dont even know names. Management says they have the bugger spray person coming in every Tuesday. But bugs stil show up after that.(I had the spray done twice since I moved here for just one year.)After one point, I just didn't feel bothered to call. Just kill the buy using slipper.The management is not very friendly. They seem dont care having that " get off my shoulder" attitude. Hard to reach a real person in real time when I called. Always have to leave voice mails.Rent is going up as you can imagine.
In general, it is so so not a must have if you end up paying 1000 plus on rent.
