This apartment complex is horrible!!! The maint. guys and the lady who rents the apartments barely speak any ENGLISH!!! The paint peels off the walls, appliances break constantly, and the heating/AC in my apartment broke twice!!! I do not recommend this complex at all...

Although this review is over two years old, we would still like to respond to it. Readers should inquire with the Gloucester Township Rent Board and Health Department to see how this complex compares with others in the vicinity. As a result it will become obvious that claims of poor maintenance are blatently false. It is true that our Building Manager and Superintendent have accents, having emigrated from Poland. However, they are naturalized U.S. citizens who quite possibly speak better English than the writer of the review. Thank you for taking the time to read this response. We are currently living in Jamestown and are getting out soon!! This has to be the worst place to live. Our air conditioner was broke for over a week in the hottest week of the summer!!! They just uped the price of the washer/dryers with out giving us a notice. Did I mention the bed bugs, the numerous imigrants living in ONE unit, the list goes on!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
