This apartment complex is so horriable I cant even find a word to explain it. I lived there for not even 3 months and my apartment was infested with BED BUGS. The apartment below me got infested 1st. The complex never notified us of the problem till it was to late. The problem has been on going for over a year and we were never infored before we moved in. belive me Ive done my research. So all I can say is dont rent at this complex and if you do dont rent out of the H building. And I agree with the othe comment of more than enough people living in one apartment and that they are probable not even legal to live here.

| Bed bug incidents are virtually at epidemic levels throughout the northeast and beyond. The incidents at this location were minor compared to others that have occurred elsewhere. It is also important to remember that bed bugs are brought into a location by the resident, usually in their furniture or luggage. Bed bugs do not discriminate, they effect people of all types of residences, incomes, and ethnicities. Once again though, the incidents here were relatively minor and were aggressively treated by pest control professionals. I just finally moved out of Jamestown in June after living there for two years. This apartment complex is a complete nightmare. My apartment was infested with bed bugs last year and it took them nearly six months to take care of the problem. They insisted it was fleas, spiders, etc. Then when I finally captured a bug and brought it into the office, they scheduled a treatment, but blamed us for the infestation. They argued there was no way the bugs could travel from apartment to apartment. They also insisted that this was not a problem in the complex, only with one or two apartments. This past sring the problem started again. My roommate and I suffered from hiddeous welts and bites from the bugs, and had to purchase new bedding and ended up throwing out most of our furniture before moving. It is ridiculous that they've negleted to treat this infestation and attempted to cover it up by lying to it's tenants.
