Not surprising to hear about the bed bugs in the news.....this complex used to be a nice place to live. Now it is just horrible. The manager apparently does not know how to do her job properly. The majority of the apartments are being rented to people who most likely are not legal citizens, the maintenance crew barely speaks english, a/c units and other major appliances are never fixed properly, more crime now, the pool is never open for the full summer - but you are expected to still pay for the full price of a pool pass.

Just an awful, disgusting, poorly ran complex. Would NOT suggest to anyone to live here - would move into a shelter first.

Obviously the writer of the review has extreme animosity towards the complex. However, claims of poor maintenance and high crime are blatently false. I would suggest that readers check with Gloucester Township Rent Board, Health Department, and Police Department to see how the complex compares with others in the area. As a result it will become obvious that claims of poor maintenance and high crime couldn't be further from the truth. As the writer of the review may not be aware, bed bug infestations are virtually at epidemic levels throughout the northeast and beyond. The incidents at this complex were minor compared to others that have occurred elsewhere. It is also important to remember that bed bugs are brought into a location by the resident, usually in their furniture. Bed bugs do not discriminate, they effect people of all types of residences, incomes, and ethnicities. Once again though, the incidents here were relatively minor compared to others that are happening in even the most wealthy and prestigeous communities. It is true that several of our maintenance staff speak with an accent, having emigrated from Eastern Europe. However, the manager and superintendent are naturalized U.S. citizens and likely speak even better English than the writer of the review that we are responding to. The pool pass for the entire season is only $25.00. The only time it would ever be closed on days in which it were scheduled to be open would be due to inclement weather or maintenance related services.
