The Maintenance Staff are all terrible to animals. If you tell them NOT to enter your apartment because you will not be home and you don't want maintenance to enter your apartment because your cat and dog could accidentally be let out, maintenance will do it anyway! They let my 14 year old cat and my 6 year old dog out of my apartment when they entered my apartment after I specifically stated that I would not be home on that partucular day. Luckily my neighbor (god bless her) had witnessed what had happened to my animals and managed to bring the cat and dog into her apt and keep them there until I arrived home from work. When I brought this to the attention of the Management their excuse was "well, sometimes these things happen, maintenance has alot of apts to take care of and sometimes they make mistakes". My neighbors told me that maintenance enters the apts all the time without permission and that there aren't any criminal background checks done on maintenance and most of them have been in prison, as a young single woman I do not feel safe and have moved out. If you value your safety, privacy, and love your pets DO NOT MOVE TO LAKEVIEW APARTMENTS!!! I WOULD NOT LIVE THERE IF I WERE DESPERATE, DYING OR HOMELESS! I WOULD SOONER LIVE IN A SHELTER!
