I started out happy enough, but now I am fed up and can't wait to buy a house so we can get out of here. The parking is ridiculous, especially with people parking their commercial/work vehicles and their personal vehicles. If you have pets, they demand a non-refundable $200 deposit AND they will charge you extra rent. If you have cats, someone here puts out poison for them, so don't let them outside. Sharing a hot water heater with 5 other apts means you are constantly adjusting your shower water temperature. I object to not being allowed to have a washer and dryer hooked up in your apt, mine is currently stored in my large hall closet. They raise your rent every year, even though they have not made any improvements. This will be the second renewed lease for us-hopefully the last-and our rent was raised $30 both times.
