Like to collect but wont maintaine

I moved into these apartments 2 years ago and this will be my last time. I have made attempts to get maintnance to my apt to fix things and nothing is ever fixed. They dont maintain the the buildings ever. I have to place a min of 5 calls just to get somone to come out and look at my problem and then they never fix it. The parking is always full I have to walk a block to park. The trees around the parking lot near the "Lake" which is a swamp fall over INTO THE PARKING LOT. I have been in about 10 peoples apts there and most of them have a mold problem.
