Lakeview offers spacious apartments (large closets), reasonable rent and some very nice scenery if you are able to live on the lake. It?s also a very safe-feeling complex (lots of light) with loads of friendly people and lots of children. On the down-side, the parking is unmarked and insufficient. If you get home from work late it?s a nightmare! I often park five or six full buildings away from my unit and I get home around 7. Also, the maintenance staff is intolerable. They have never actually completed a single repair successfully (but to be fair I have to say they?re friendly). I?ve recaulked my own leaky tub, rewired the phone jack and basically turned into Bob Villa.
