Besides parking that sucks. If you are not here by 6 pm don't even think about getting a spot infront of your apartment. I have never lived any where that the lot is full on a friday or saturday night.
For the most part I have had a very pleasent stay. I enjoy using the pool and the pool staff are really nice. The office staff are OK. I am a single female and I have not had any issues here (knock on wood!)
There are a lot of children in the complex because of the townhomes, but for the most part I have really enjoyed the year that I have been here and I just signed another year lease. I have lived in better places and worse places. As far as the bugs I think the bug issue is just because it is NJ.
