Well, I live here now. Should've done my homework prior to moving in. The sliding closet doors never stay on track and on fell and grazed my 4 yr old daughter. The floor boards are missing in the entrance to my bathroom, but hey...they atleast covered it with carpet. There is a hole in my floor in the corner of my dining room. The walls are uneven and mold is a huge nusance. The dishwasher leaks into the cabinet next to it, so there's mold in there. The sink drain just erupted with water on day and left and inch of water in my kitchen, not to mention the drawers that won't close because of them soaking up the water. The gas range only half works, as the left side hasn't come on since I have lived here. And I'm sure that all this that is not my fault, I will have to pay for when I move out. There are section-8 people living here. Rap music all hours of the night. Tenants keep their patios filthy and I was told that management does a sweep and corrects all eye sores - yea right. The apartment is spacious and clean, but the shared laundry room has one washer and dryer and hot water is something you never have. The complex is very close to everything and looks very nice driving into the complex, however once you see where you are gonna live for $900 a month- ha! It's run down...parking spaces are a joke. 4 out of 5 of the tenants in my section are less than savory. Earlier this week, around midnight, a neighbor was having a dispute with her boyfriend and he threatened to come back with a gun and kill every one in our section and set the place on fire. Oh, and don't forget the loud music from 3 differnt apartments in my section and the smell of marijuana in the hallway is always great when coming home. I feel I live in a dorm room, rather than an apartment with the loud music and smell of marijuana and the constant screaming. And stray animals are always around. The children are monsters around here and will get smart with you on the drop of a dime. I cannot wait to leave in July. The tiling is coming up on my floors and if I replace it, I have to pay a fine in the end. I painted my patio because it was part gray blue and part raw wood...and I'll pay a penalty for that too. My heating and AC system blows strong in every room except the bedrooms - we often sleep in the livingroom. The windows just fall out of the tracking and never close tightly. We have horrible drafts. The grounds would be so much nicer if they took better care of the exterior of the apartments. There's broken glass and old wrenchs in the grass surrounding my apartment. Do I dare let my little girl go out to play' The back door to the patio is so unsafe that anyone with will could come right into your apartment. The police are always here for some reason. In the wee hours of the morning, say around 4 AM, all you here are people screaming at each other in the parking lot, and this goes on for about 30 min. The lug nuts were stolen off of my '04 Accord and my car is so dinged up from the irresponsible neighbors. I could go on and on about this place because I am trying to warn those who are looking to move to the area. Do your homework. You can get so much more for your money. Please, look elsewhere. I know I am.

I don't think you are talking about the right Lakeview Apt. that I live in. You need to call so they can correct the problem

Isn't it ironic how the same day the first response was written on this review a GREAT review was written by an employee here. No one person who actually lives here can truly say it's a safe, quiet, and clean place to live.
