If you see the advertisement that "Our residents are VIPS, it doesn't stand for what you might think. It must stand for Very Irritating People, because everytime you call to have soemthing repaired, you are ignored. If you call management to request soemthing, they don't respond....oh by the way, the latest "trick" is the centralized laundromat. Apparently they are removing each washer and dryer from each individual builing and creating the central laundromat. It's probably great if you live near the front office, but for those of us that live about as far away as possible, it just ridiculous. If you don't mind having to go outside when its cold/hot/wet, ect, again, a good idea. However, if you don't like to have to walk a mile in cold/hot/wet weather, bad idea. Oh yea, the hours are 8-8, so if you are not availible during those hours...good luck doing laundry.

I totally agree. My laundry room flooded again the other night and I got shocked from the washer. It sat broken for a few days before anyone even looked at it. And trust me, I called the night I got shocked in the 2 inches of water.
