its good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 4 responses   Lakeview is a good place to live. Yeah, there have been fires, but you can't always blame the complex, the last two were because of the tenant's carelessness/stupidity. Renter's insurance is a must where ever you live. Maintenance has always done the job right when I've needed them. The layout of our apartment is great (2 bed/1bath)it has a lot of space. The parking seems to only be a problem if you come home late. Lakeview has easy access to Rt. 42 and 295. Overall I would suggest this apt. to a friend.
