Lakeview is a good place to live. Yeah, there have been fires, but you can't always blame the complex, the last two were because of the tenant's carelessness/stupidity. Renter's insurance is a must where ever you live. Maintenance has always done the job right when I've needed them. The layout of our apartment is great (2 bed/1bath)it has a lot of space.
The parking seems to only be a problem if you come home late.
Lakeview has easy access to Rt. 42 and 295.
Overall I would suggest this apt. to a friend.

The only decent thing about this place is the location. Check this place out several times if you are thinking of moving in at all times of the day. I live in the back....and trust me....if you would recommend this place to a friend...it was the friend who owes you money!

lots of lowlifes live there..i know one of them personally. it's not good..you've just be lucky so far.

its good if you are a squirrel or stray cat, people, ducks, geese, swans, not so much
