problems are easy to fix if you do your JOB! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   1. Tighten the pipes correctly to not have leaks in these apartments. (righty tighty lefty loosey) 2. An ice build-up on the a/c system is most likely due to poor heat transfer. Just turning the system off and letting the ice melt does NOT fix the problem. Have the maintenance crew clean the condenser and evaporator coils, and look in your space outside that your not allowed to store stuff in. The reason for that is probrably because it is full of dirt build-up that is the cause of the a/c problem to begin with. 3. Get the crew to not run over the cable connections on the ground with lawn equipment unless Lakeview is gonna pay the cable bill for us. Well I hope these little suggestions help to make this a better place to live, it doesnt take a lot to just DO YOUR JOB!
