All those who are disgusted with how this place maintains the grounds and apartments, treats their tenants, and just overall does not try to do their job - please contact the corporation that owns Lakeview Apts (Kamson) so that these idiots can be taken care of. They are recieving so many complaints regarding this place. Please get in touch with them with your complaints. These jerks need to be taught a lesson on how to run an apartment complex.

I live in Lakeview now, and am having numerous problems also. Aside from the septic tank leaking human feces all over the basement florr, it's not so bad! (If you like my sarcasm). Oh and by the way, for the last month, we've had to have someone come light our hot water heater pilot anytime we wanted to wash OURSELVES, our DISHES, our CLOTHES, etc. Have contacted Kamson numerous times, theyre just as trifling!

People, People, take it from someone who knows, if a fish stinks, its from the Head Down, its not the on site management, they take their orders from the top.check out apartment Guide and their listings "all 5 star communities" they are all livin in a lie
