Well it's all true. Lakeview is a fire hazard. I was there for the fire only 8 buildings away from mine. I strongly recommend people do not move into this complex. Sure the outside is pretty unless you have to drive by the eye sore I call Bldg 22. I've called the fire Marshall to tell him about the fire issues such as the chimneys NEVER getting swept. They are supposed to get cleaned EVERY YEAR. When I called Maintenance about it he just asked me if my fire place was working properly. I don't particularly care if it does, I'm not going to risk my life, my fiance's life and the lives of those who live in my building because the failure to follow state law. Look it up. That's all I've been doing for the last week is looking up tenants' rights and the lack that are being met my Lakeview Apts. I've lived here for 9 years, mainly because I was not able to move due to circumstances. Trust me when I say this IS my last year in hell.

You can't blame Lakeview for this fire, blame the tenant!
If it's so bad, I'm sure in 9 years you could have found a way to move.
