OK, I've lived here for 3 yrs. I was on a waiting list for an apt w/ a washer & dryer which only took maybe 6 months before I could move in. I have to say, I think I got pretty lucky. And when I got to move in, the rent had already increased but b/c I was on a waiting list, they let me pay the previous year's rent. It's in a central location and the office and maintanence have always responded to my questions or needs quickly. When I first moved in, the carpets should have already been replaced but when I finally took it upon myself to make it an issue, they had them replaced. The carpeters moved all of my furniture out of place and back into place when finished (it only took 1 day) and the carpets are really nice now. Also, when I first moved in both my washer & dryer broke. It took no time at all for them to replace them w/ brand new ones. Again, any, any time I've had an issue, maintanence has responded quickly and very nicely. There have not been many fires at all since I've lived here. The parking isn't great but I can deal w/ it for what I get. The 1 thing I don't like is my bedroom faces the parking lot so sometimes you do hear people getting out of hand and it's very annoying especially if you have to get up early. The windows are also a problem. They are very old and that's one battle I haven't had any success in winning.

I guess where you come from 3 fires in the last 4 months isn't a lot but it is for most people.

ok, listen u cound have a house and have a fire. you people are snobs. get over yourself, you talk to much ---- but some people can even pay the rent....
