Honestly, I can't recommend living here

You always will park in a different spot (or sometimes park in fron of a different building)
Parking is insufficient and fire inpectors are always monitoring to give out tickets for illegal parking.
Carpet is very very old and cheap. Electric is BAD, I mean BAD!
Breakins and thefts are infrequent but do occur. There is no security period, no guards etc...
Recently a Tenent Association was formed due to many unresolved problems. (Example 3 buildings had no heat for over a month in the dead of winter '00-'01, boilers broke down)
Turnover in this complex is HIGH, people realize it's a bad place to live. I would move if I could afford to.
There is one laundry facility for all buildings (approx. 25 buildings) and it's not very big considering the amount of residents.
There are 2 room air conditioners per apartment - they are very old and will skyrocket your electricity bill.
If you live in the back of a building, you have a far walk if your carrying anything.
You will occaisionally see some bugs if you live on the first floor - Guaranteed.
Telephone connectivity is shaky and heating is flakey (no I didn't mean for that to rhyme). If you turn your thermostat up to the highest setting you can't get over 72 degrees, sometimes.
I recommend anyone who still wants to check this apartment complex out to:
Print these comments out and verify them with anyone who has lived here for more then a few months.
The only positive I can think of is that we recently got new windows, thats the only thing new we got in my 3 years living here.
