Although you get a good size apartment for the price, you had better hope that nothing goes wrong. Bushes overrun the walkways and cover many of the spotlights. And for some reason there are people who are just hanging out in the bushes. It's near impossible to get appliances fixed. I had to call maintenance several times to repair a leaking drain under the sink. It wasn't repaired until I crawled under and fixed it myself. And the kitchen drawers and cabinets were falling apart. Had many issues with hot water...namely there wasn't any for most of the winter and cold showers are no fun. Walls themselves have costant creaking when the wind blows. Power was constantly going out. Many days I returned from work to find that I had to reset every electronic item in the place. And some other residents have no respect for the others living around them. For example, blasting stereos after midnight and before 7 am in the morning. And if you want to use the gym...hopefully you don't work a standard 9-5 week. Because that's when the gym is open. And if you want to use the pool in the summer...prepare to pay an extra membership fee.
