I dont know where to start...I lived on an upstairs two bedroom apt.in the H building. IN the summer the thermostat was stuck on 85 degrees even with the two cheesy smellin wall unit airconditioners running day in and day out. My electric bill was about 2-300 a month depending on whether or not both units were working. One would freeze up and the other just stunk. We had silverfish and other unknown bugs, the baseboard heaters were filthy dirty, the floors and walls were thin and u could EVERYTHING !!!! The carpet was disgusting when we moved in and we were charged at the end of the lease for them to shampoo it. The water was scalding hot or freezing cold off and on during all showers,the electric was always going off, along with the hot water. My neighbors below were LOUD and OBNOXIOUS,blasted their music at 11-12 at nite knowing i had a baby,slamming doors, yelling, they sat outside smoking weed on their patio meanwhile i had a 9 month old,in the spring with the windows open we were reluctant to the weed smoke and smell as well. I complained to management frequently and was told move to another apt in the complex or confront the neighbors nicely. I had called maintance for a broken dishwasher, and had not authorized them to enter my apt when i wasnt at home, and it was written on my lease. Well i was in the bathroom showering with the door open and just as im getting out the maintance man was opening my front door, luckily i had the chain on....they were violating the lease by entering. Cabinets and drawers were falling apartment in need of some serious replacement. Parking is a nitemare..good luck in the winter when they plow you in or dont plow the spots at all. People in my building would take up two spots or park crooked, and super close to one side of ur car so u couldnt get in or out. I had a dent in my brand new car door,still with the temp tag in the window,one morning from someone slamming their door up against it. Overall I can go on and on, Just dont rent from this place its horrible. OH and good luck talking to Pat(mgr) in the office, she was the most rude arrogant person.
