Yes, they are luxury apartments. Very big lots of space. But.....

neighbors upstairs are LOUD. They have a big foot daughter who runs, jumps and stomps ALL DAY AND NIGHT!!. The individually controlled heat is a joke!!!! yeah right. By law they only have to keep the heaters on 65 degrees, and that's exactly what management does. The thermostats DO NOT WORK!!! In the six months I've lived here we've had FOUR ELECTRICITY BLACKOUTS! The bugs are plenty: crickets, silverfish, beetles. They all come in through the front door. The walls are paper thin. Every time my upstais neighbor thinks, I can hear him! The parking is BAD! none at all. everyone has visitors, so therefore you have no space to park your call. Management is wonderful when you move in, but once you get here, Huh, it's another story. They look beautiful, very spacious, but not worth it at all.

Oh yeah, I've had to have more things fix in this place, than in any of the other apartments i lived in all together.
