Buildings are flooding, foundations on the buildings are falling apart, no hot water. When the management office was told about issues they have very little concern & got very nasty on the phone. They have an emergency line for needs after hrs. but if you should request why you have no hot water...they replied you'll have to call the office tommorrow to resolve the problem. Funny because I thought hot water is a need, not a want!!! Totally overpriced for what you have to put up with on a daily basis. And drugs are taking over and the chosen tenants have gone down hill fast, they let every thug in!!! If your looking for a nice "luxury" apt. run from this dump.
